Established over 15 years ago, Herbs initially catered soley for vegetarians. Recently we have moved premises and have started offering full menus including meat dishes. In keeping with the views of some of our traditional customers we are very careful about the sourcing of our produce and work closely with the Welsh Farmers Co-Operative of organically grown meat.
